For a topical seasoning use 1½ teaspoons (3.0 g) per serving (1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of unseasoned food). For a condiment or a marinade mix 3 tablespoons Seasoning with 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup olive oil.
Description
A flavorful blend of salt, herbs, spices and garlic that can be used as the seasoning base for a condiment or marinade or can be used as a topical seasoning application. Herbs and Salt are the predominant flavor characteristics with moderate spice heat and a touch of smoke.
